I’m Lisa Atkinson — founder of LisaAtkinson.Life, speaker, creator, and voice behind a message centered on identity, healing, refinement, and becoming who you were truly created to be.
For years, I have worked across business, design, leadership, ministry, and personal transformation, but underneath all of it has always been the same passion: helping people reconnect with the truth of who they are.
I believe our lives tell a story. And within that story is often the very message we were meant to carry.
Through speaking, writing, digital content, and real conversations, I create space for people to move beyond survival, labels, trauma, and expectation—and begin living from a place that is whole, intentional, and true.
Because sometimes the greatest transformation is not becoming someone new. It is finally becoming yourself.

my Story
One moment changed everything.
At nineteen, I sat all alone in a nearly empty one-bedroom apartment.
My family was miles away.
I had only known the man who would become my husband for a few short months…when the phone rang.
There had been an accident.
There were no details.
I didn’t know if the one I loved was alive.
I didn’t know if he was dead.
Only that someone was coming to get me, and together we were going to find him.
I remember hanging up the phone and sitting on the floor with tears in my eyes, staring into the hallway.
Frozen in that terrible space between not knowing…
